Step-by-step Guidance

  • Before sharing any confidential information, we offer to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you. This will protect you from any risks related to the disclosure of sensitive information that we need to know in order to make you a proposal. As a service company, we make it our first priority to protect all information we are granted access to, including business ideas, commercial secrets, product documentation, source code, etc.;

  • Provide us with as much information about your project as you currently have. Is it just a business idea described on a single page or is it a fully detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document? Once you have shared the information that you currently have with us, our specialists will evaluate what materials to provide you and advise the best way that we could proceed;

  • If the information you provide contains sufficient details for us to give you a precise estimate for your project, we will do so. In that case, you can expect a proposal from us containing information on how we recommend you to execute the project, including technology selection, a plan for the steps to be taken, and the approximate schedule and cost;

  • If we determine that the materials you have provided are not sufficient to offer you a precise estimate for your project, we will tell you so. In such a case, what we can do is provide you a Discovery Phase proposal. Quoted as a separate project, it will allow you to obtain the full specifications required to get an accurate estimate for your project;

  • We can then re-use the information and provide you a full project proposal, as described above in step #3. If you like, you can even go ahead and submit this information to other companies to see what other proposals you could get and compare them with ours;

  • In some cases, you may need an indicative cost estimate even before committing to the Discovery Phase. Such an indicative Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or Ballpark Estimate will give you an idea of how much your project could potentially cost (normally, we will provide you the minimal to maximum cost range);

  • This information is derived from the statistics of projects we have completed which are similar in size to yours. While helping you in your decision making, such an estimate does not constitute any interest on our part to actually meet the maximum project cost, but rather represents our best effort to evaluate the information that you have given to us;

  • If we are awarded the project, we will provide you with our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SoW) documents. As long as both documents are signed, we will assign you a project team and agree on the upcoming start date for the project. At that point, each project normally starts with the initial project Kick-Off meeting or conference call.
