A tech company focused on providing exceptional user experience for online call recording. The client partnered with Syberry to enhance their desktop application, aiming to make it a go-to solution for recording calls across various platforms.

Outdated interface and limited platform integration

The company's existing desktop application for call recording had an outdated interface and lacked integration with multiple communication platforms. This limited its user base and made it less appealing in a competitive market. The client needed to modernize the application to enhance usability, expand its reach, and add advanced features to stay ahead of competitors.

Solution

Comprehensive redesign and feature enhancement

Syberry redesigned the application to enhance usability, integration, and functionality. We revamped the interface for a more intuitive user experience and integrated with messengers like Skype, Teams, Zoom, and WhatsApp. To ensure smooth installation, we obtained MacOS and Windows certificates.

We enabled automatic Zoom meeting recording and integrated cloud storage solutions like OneDrive and Dropbox for easy sharing. Implementing Google Speech-to-Text allowed for easy search and analysis of conversations, while emotion recognition using Affectiva added a layer of empathy to communication. Lastly, we developed customized subscription options to meet various user needs.
